1.    The items come with half year warranty. The buyers must contact us to return the defective items for exchange during the warranty.

3.    We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without first requesting a RMA number.

4.    The items should be returned with our original packaging.
