If you cannot meet all of the above conditions, we have to delivery to you by EMS, even if you choose DHL, UPS,  FEDEX or TNT.

1. Please learn more for the machine before use it .(For the function of most machine are dry , in our shop ,D-703,D-805,D-889,D-801,D-802,D-806 for Wet&Dry)

2. Please control the working time of the machine when you are working .(You’d better have a rest after working 30min. As the same as the machine)

3. Please clean the machine termly.( Dust Bin, HEPA and Sponge)

1. All of our items (unless otherwise specified) are assured to be brand new and carried with fully at least 12 months warranty.

2. During warranty period, if any problem  happens due to quality reason ,please be cooperative to take photo or videos on the problem and send it to us for verifying.

3. For confirmed product faulty on your approval,we can send you replacement parts free of charge ,we will afford the shipping charge within 12 moths.

Q: If the working voltage is for my country?

A: For our Robotic vacuum cleaner,our product can work with 100~240 VAC so it should work in the most countries of the world.

For our other products, it just can work with 220V~240 VAC,so please pay more attention on the voltage of your country before it working. 

 

Q: If the plug works in my country?

A: We could provide you the free Convertor (Bull Convertor) if the round Euro plug or America Plug or England Plug is required in your country. Please leave us a message when you confirm the order.

Q: What should I do if I cannot receive my item?
